We selected our print partner in large part due to their commitments in this area. In fact, AWA’s photographic printing service is 100% end-to-end carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council-certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
All photographers who have been selected to join the AWA Artist program have been highly vetted and are 100% involved in sharing the funds raised by print sales. In fact, as an “artist-first” organization, the majority share of each image’s profit after production fees is provided directly to the artist on a bi-annual basis.
