AWA books, postcards, accessories, and apparel are hand-packed and shipped from our tiny HQ in New York City. Our limited edition art prints ship from our partners based in London, United Kingdom.
AWA offers to ship around the globe. As of 9/2022, there are postal restrictions that prohibit us from shipping to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. If you are having issues at checkout with shipping fulfillment, please send your name, address, and the products you would like to purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery times will vary by destination location. Generally, our team is able to package and send out orders within 1-3 days of your order date. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number so that you can watch as the package makes its way to your door.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
